📞 Enquiry & Visit Guidelines
We welcome parents and visitors to TGS – The Gramodaya School. To ensure safety, smooth functioning, and proper interaction, all visits are regulated through the guidelines below:
👨🏫 Meeting the Principal
Parents can meet the Principal by prior appointment.
Appointments must be booked through the official Mobile App.
Meeting hours: 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
👨💼 Meeting the Director
Meeting the Director is strictly by prior appointment only.
Parents may request an appointment through the school office or via official communication channels.
🏠 Meeting Hostel Students (For Parents/Guardians)
Hostel parents can meet their wards every Sunday between
10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.A valid Parent ID Card is mandatory to meet hostel students.
Only authorised parents/guardians will be permitted.
🏫 School Visiting Hours For Admissions
School campus visiting time: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
All visitors must make proper entry at the security gate.
A valid ID card is required for entry.
Visitors must wear the ID card throughout the visit for security purposes.
💳 Accounts & Fees Enquiry
For fee-related enquiry, clarification, refund, or account matters:
3:00 PM to 4:00 PMDedicated account staff will be available to assist during this time.
💵 Fees Deposit Timings
Fees can be deposited at the school cash counter between:
9:00 AM to 11:00 AM

Visitors without prior approval may be asked to wait.
Security checks are mandatory for all visitors.
Meeting times may change during examinations or special events.
