In the year 1992, I took a leap of faith. Resigning from my secure government teaching job, I chose a different path — a path of service, simplicity, and purpose. With nothing but a deep desire to bring meaningful education to rural children, Gramodaya Shikshan Sansthan was born.
With no ambition for personal gain, My true reward lies in seeing the spark of curiosity and confidence in the eyes of children who once had no access to quality education. I have worked tirelessly from that day to this — not for recognition, but to fulfill a vision.
Over 1,000 neem trees planted across our school campus and on the roads leading to it. I believe education must be as grounded as a tree — deeply rooted in values, yet growing towards the sky with branches of knowledge.
In 1997, The Gramodaya School, a complete residential Gurukul-inspired campus started where students rise at 5:00 AM, follow a structured day, and grow through both traditional wisdom and modern innovation. Today, our school stands proudly as Bilara’s first skill development and innovative education hub, offering futuristic subjects like Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, and Space Science, alongside ancient Indian education practices.
Gurukul Education lies at the heart of our philosophy, where learning is not confined to classrooms but lived every day. Through Gurukul Education, students develop discipline, respect, and self-awareness alongside academic excellence. This approach nurtures character, clarity of thought, and a deep sense of responsibility. It ensures education shapes both the mind and the soul.

I feel deeply honored to serve as the Director of The Gramodaya School, the very place where my own educational journey began. As an alumnus of this institution from 1999 to 2006, I have seen firsthand how this school plants the seeds of discipline, values, and lifelong learning. It is not just a school — it is a mission born out of selfless service and deep-rooted vision of my father, Shri Satya Narayan Gaur, who founded Gramodaya Shikshan Sansthan in 1992.
As an MCA, M.A. in Education and English, and a former Software Engineer at HCL Technologies, I bring the perspective of both the tech world and the academic sphere.
Today, as an educator, mentor, and founder of multiple startups across sports tech, edtech, and health tech, I carry forward the legacy of transforming lives through meaningful, future-ready education. My vision aligns with our school’s renewed mission — to make rural students globally competent, rooted in Indian culture but ready for tomorrow.
Under my leadership, The Gramodaya School is entering a new era of innovation. We are proud to be the first school in Bilara to introduce subjects like Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, and Space Science alongside Vaidik wisdom and ancient Gurukul values. We have adopted a No Bag – No Homework Policy, making learning joyful, engaging, and stress-free — especially in a residential, day-boarding environment tailored for holistic development.
Recognized as a Gurukul Based School in Jodhpur, our institution blends ancient wisdom with modern educational needs. The Gurukul Based School in Jodhpur approach allows students to learn ethics, leadership, and life skills in a nurturing residential environment. This system fosters independence, discipline, and cultural pride. It prepares students to face the world with confidence and humility.
As a Chief Mentor with NCTE under the National Mission for Mentoring (NMM), I am committed to empowering rural teachers and students with digital literacy, ICT-integrated education, and sports-integrated learning. I believe the future of India lies not only in its metros but in its villages, and we are here to prove that world-class education can grow from rural soil.
